At the end of 2022 the I AM WATER team came together for a braai (traditional South African gathering that involves cooking over a fire) to celebrate the year we had completed. We took time to reflect on our successes and took a look into what is to come in 2023.
I AM WATER has a lot of big plans for 2023 and one thing that we decided to put into action moving forward is a Coach Representative Council. The goal of this council is to ensure that each and every coach is being heard and that the entire Coaching Community is represented when decisions are being made.
