ADVENTURE - BASED LEARNING
Professionalising local ocean conservationists through meaningful career pathways.
What is Adventure-Based Learning?
At I AM WATER, we believe in the power of immersive learning to transform young lives and create ocean advocates.
As marine-related formal tertiary education is often inaccessible to under-resourced communities, our Adventure-Based Learning (ABL) programme, accredited as an NQF Level 4 qualification, aims to professionalise community-level ocean conservationists and create alternative pathways into conservation, education and tourism, paving the way for meaningful careers while deepening connections to the ocean.
